Stone Fruit
Apricots, peaches and plums from the inland plains
Stone fruit is grown on the inland plains and around Beni Mellal-Khenifra. Apricot opens the category in April and peaks in June, peach is concentrated in early summer, plum has the longest run, and apricot also moves heavily into French canning and processing flows. Fresh and processing-grade specifications are sourced separately.

Stone Fruit availability across the year
The three stone fruit lines run distinct windows rather than one flattened category window. Apricot opens first in April and peaks in June, peach is concentrated in June and July, and plum runs the longest, May to October.
Early harvest in southern zones such as Skoura and Marrakech, full national peak in June, tapering through July in later-harvest areas. Canino is the named export variety.
